BUCK NAKED eCIGS DISTRIBUTION GUIDELINES

• All distributor requests must be made via the Buck Naked eCigs website by completing the Distributor Application form below.
• 2 - 3 Business Days for Final Approval.
• All Sales Tax ID Forms must be on file before any order may be placed.
• Order ships to one location.
• All accounts pay shipping / freight charges.
• Preferred method of payment is check, terms (with approval), or wire transfer.
• Payment with Visa / MasterCard / Discover credit cards will incur a 2% transaction fee.
• Payment with American Express credit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee.
• Quarterly account review to track order volume in order to maintain distributor pricing eligibility.
